摘要
由于地质条件的不确定性和复杂性,TBM掘进中多次出现大型裂隙,连续遭遇超大突涌水,掘进受阻并存在极大风险。根据地质、涌水量、涌水部位不同,采取针对性的多种注浆方式相结合,通过案例对不良地质处理技术措施进行了总结和分析,快速完成堵水,加强TBM掘进对断层破碎带、突涌水等地质环境的应对能力,保证设备的安全性和可靠性,为类似施工提供借鉴。
Due to the uncertainty and complexity of geological conditions,large fractures occurred repeatedly during TBM excavation,and TBM continuously encountered large-scale gushing water which impeded the excavation and caused great risk.According to different geological condition,gushing water volume,and gushing water area,we adopted a combination of targeted grouting methods,summarized and analyzed the technical measures of unfavorable geological treatment through construction cases,quickly completed water shutoff,and strengthened the TBM to cope with the unfavorable geological conditions such as the fault fracture zone and gushing water.The technical measures are taken to guarantee the safety and reliability of construction equipment and provides reference for similar excavation works.
