儿科临床运用复方紫草油经验举隅

Clinical Experience in the Application of Compound Zicao Oil in Pediatrics

复方紫草油由明代著作《幼科金针》中的紫草润肌膏化裁而来,以紫草、冰片、忍冬藤、白芷等药物加用麻油制备而成,具有清热解毒,凉血止痛之功效。张葆青教授根据其药性扩宽临床治疗范围,灵活运用复方紫草油治疗小儿湿疹、轻度肛裂、婴幼儿红臀、唇炎、单纯疱疹等小儿皮肤类疾病,取得较好的临床效果,可为临床提供一定的借鉴和指导。

The Compound Zicao Oil was prepared from the zicao moisturizing cream in the Ming Dynasty′s book Youke Golden Needle.It was prepared with medicinal herbs such as Radix Lithospermi,Borneolum Syntheticum,Caulis Lonicerae,and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae.It has the effects of clearing heat,detoxifying,cooling blood and relieving pain.Professor Zhang Baoqing has flexibly applied Compound Zicao Oil to treat pediatric eczema,mild anal fissure,infant red buttocks,cheilitis,herpes simplex and other pediatric skin diseases according to its drug broadening clinical treatment scope,and achieved good clinical results,which can provide some reference and guidance for the clinic.
