摘要
为了更准确地为心衰患者提供心室辅助,减轻左心室辅助装置工作时对心脏的损伤,设计了一套基于体表心电信号的实时跟随辅助系统。传统搏动式血泵在进行心室辅助时未考虑到辅助时序与心室舒张期之间的关系,造成对受损心脏的二次损伤。在原有驱动系统的基础上,提出了一种以STM32单片机为核心,采集及识别ECG信号波形,控制血泵辅助时序跟随体ECG信号的方案。通过对血泵输出压力波形的分析,验证了系统能准确对ECG信号波形进行检测,控制血泵工作时序与左心室舒张期和收缩期同步,避免对受损心脏的二次损伤。
In order to provide more accurate ventricular assist for patients with heart failure and reduce the damage to heart caused by left ventricular assist devices, a real-time follow-up assistant system based on body surface ECG signal is designed in this paper. Traditional pulsatile blood pump does not take into account the relationship between assistant timing and ventricular diastolic phase in ventricular assist, resulting in secondary damage to the damaged heart. On the basis of the original drive system, a scheme of collecting and recognizing ECG signal waveform and controlling ECG signal of blood pump auxiliary timing follower based on STM32 MCU is proposed. Through the analysis of the output pressure waveform of the blood pump, it is verified that the system can accurately detect ECG signal waveform, control the timing of the blood pump to synchronize with the left ventricular diastolic and systolic phases, and avoid secondary damage to the damaged heart.
