摘要 柔性电极材料是指在柔性聚合物基体中复合某种特殊的添加剂,使两者相互作用并形成一种兼备导电性能和拉伸性能的材料,在电子产品领域有着非常广泛的运用。其中,不同添加剂对柔性电极材料的性能有着很大的影响。研究表明,金属纳米线和纳米颗粒具有较高的导电性和化学稳定性,因而被广泛应用于柔性电极材料的制备。与传统电极材料铟锡氧化物相比,银纳米材料具有高电导率、高透明性、低成本以及合成工艺相对简单等优势,从而备受关注。本文对基于银纳米材料的柔性电极最新发展进行综述,讨论并比较了典型的制造工艺及所制备而成的柔性器件的性能和应用价值,并对未来基于银纳米材料的柔性电极发展进行了展望。 Flexible electrode material refers to compounding a special additive in a flexible polymer matrix to make them interact with each other to form a material with both conductive and tensile properties.It has a very wide range of applications in the field of electronic products.Among them,different additives have a great impact on the performance of flexible electrode materials.Studies have shown that metal nanowires and nanoparticles have high electrical conductivity and chemical stability,such that they are widely used in the preparation of flexible electrode materials.Compared with the conventional electrode material of indium tin oxide,the silver nanomaterial has the advantages of high conductivity,high transparency,low cost and a relatively simple synthesis process,thus having received extensive attention and research.This article reviews the latest developments of silver-based nanomaterials-based flexible electrodes,discusses and compares typical manufacturing processes,the properties of synthesized flexible devices and their application value.It also expects the development of flexible electrodes based on silver nanomaterials in the future.
