虎杖蒽醌类成分抗前列腺增生活性的效果比较 被引量:4

Comparative Study on Anti-prostatic Hyperplasia Activity of Anthraquinones from Huzhang(Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma Et Radix)

摘要 目的:比较虎杖不同蒽醌类成分抑制前列腺增生的效果,初步探索虎杖蒽醌类成分的结构与抑制前列腺增生作用的关系。方法:利用溶剂法分离虎杖提取液中的游离蒽醌和结合蒽醌,比较结合蒽醌与游离蒽醌以及5种游离蒽醌对前列腺增生模型小鼠前列腺系数的影响。结果:虎杖游离蒽醌可显著降低前列腺增生模型小鼠的前列腺系数,而结合蒽醌无此作用;5种游离蒽醌中,大黄素、芦荟大黄素、大黄酚降低前列腺系数的效果明显(P<0.05),尤以大黄素、芦荟大黄素效果最为显著(P<0.01),大黄酸和大黄素甲醚无此作用(P>0.05)。结论:虎杖中的游离蒽醌大黄素、芦荟大黄素、大黄酚有抗前列腺增生作用,机制可能与此3种成分的3,6位引入了供电基团如-CH3、-OH、-CH2OH有关。 Objective:To compare the effects of different anthraquinones from Huzhang(Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma Et Radix)on the inhibition of benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH),and to explore the relationship between the structure of anthraquinones from Huzhang and the inhibition of BPH.Methods:Free anthraquinones and combined anthraquinones from Huzhang were separated by solvent method,the effects of the combined anthraquinones,the free anthraquinones and five kinds of free anthraquinones on the prostate coefficient of model mice with BPH were compared.Results:The free anthraquinones from Huzhang could significantly reduce the prostate coefficient of model mice with BPH,but the combined anthraquinones had no such effect.Among the five free anthraquinones,emodin,aloe emodin and chrysophanol could significantly reduce the prostate coefficient(P<0.05),especially emodin and aloe emodin(P<0.01),while rhein and emodin methyl had no such effect(P>0.05).Conclusions:The free anthraquinones emodin,aloe emodin and chrysophanol from Huzhang have anti-prostatic hyperplasia effects,and the mechanism may be related to the introduction of power supply groups such as-CH3,-OH,-CH2OH into the 3,6 positions of the three components.
