Analysis on Unreasonable Prescription of Family Dctors in a Community Health Care Center

目的点评分析家庭医生处方,为提高处方合格率提供依据,从而促进临床合理用药.方法2018年1-10月每月选取100张家庭医生门诊处方共计1,,000张.对所有处方的剂量、用法、适应证以及联合用药等情况进行研究分析,并根据分析结果对合理性进行评估.结果1,000张家庭医生处方中,不合理用药处方有96张,占比为9.6%.处方的不合理类型表现为不规范和用药不适宜.结论家庭医生处方不合理用药的情况普遍存在,应对药物监督体系进行完善,同时强化家庭医生自身的专业知识水平,制定具有针对性的应对措施,以保证家庭医生用药的合理性.

Objective To evaluate and analyze the prescriptions of family doctors,so as to provide basis for improving the qualified rate of prescriptions and promoting the rational use of drugs in clinical practice.Methods From January 2018 to October 2018,100 prescriptions were selected from outpatient family doctors every month,with a total of 1000 prescriptions.The dosage,usage,indications,and combined use of all prescriptions were studied and analyzed,and the rationality was evaluated according to the analysis results.Results Among the 1000 prescriptions of family doctors,there were 96 unreasonable prescriptions,accounting for 9.6%.The unreasonable types of prescriptions were irregular and unsuitable.Conclusion The unreasonable use of drugs by family doctors is common.The drug supervision system should been improved to strengthen the professional knowledge level of family doctors,and formulate targeted measures to ensure the rationality of the use of drugs by family doctors.
