孟鲁司特钠联合特布他林治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效

Effect of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Terbutaline in the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma

目的观察孟鲁司特钠联合特布他林治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)对肺功能以及呼气峰流量变异率(PEFR)的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2018年6月扬州友好医院收治的90例CVA患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组在常规治疗基础上使用特布他林雾化吸入,观察组在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特钠口服。比较两组肺功能、临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后两组各项肺功能指标均明显改善,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组呼气峰流量(PEF)显著高于治疗前水平,PEFR均较治疗前逐渐下降,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床有效率显著高于对照组(93.33%vs.71.11%,P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论使用孟鲁司特钠联合特布他林治疗CVA患者具有较好疗效,可改善肺功能指标,提高PEF,降低PEFR,同时具有较好的安全性。

Objective To observe the effect of montelukast sodium combined with terbutaline on lung function and peak expiratory flow rate(PEFR)in the treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods A total of 90 patients with CVA admitted to Yangzhou Friendship Hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with terbutaline aerosol inhalation on the basis of routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium orally on the basis of the control group.The pulmonary function,clinical effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the pulmonary function indexes of the two groups were significantly improved,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);PEF of the two groups was significantly higher than the level before treatment,and PEFR was significantly lower than the level before treatment(P<0.05).the observation group was significantly superior to the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(93.33%vs.71.11%,P<0.05).During the treatment,no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with terbutaline is effective in the treatment of CVA patients,which can improve the indexes of pulmonary function,increase PEF,and reduce PEFR,with a high safety.
