With the continuous improvement of living standards and the increasing demand for related resources,power enterprises have to optimize their own related service projects in order to meet user needs and improve user satisfaction.Based on the analysis of the problems and Countermeasures in the integrated operation and maintenance process management of substation,this paper hopes to provide some help for the development of power enterprises.
