摘要
产教融合为学生提供了工匠角色体验,既有助于会计专业学生积累会计工作经验,也弥补了教学资源的不足。依托产教融合培育高职会计专业人才工匠精神必须处理好产教、工学、企校、内外、德技、集散等关系。其实施策略包括:明确会计人才工匠精神培育的目标要求,做好教师选聘,实行课程渗透,融入企校文化,树立典型标兵,融合形式多样,实施过程监控,科学考评激励等。
The integration of production and teaching provides students with craftsman role experience,which not only helps accounting students to accumulate accounting work experience,but also makes up for the shortage of teaching resources.Depending on the integration of industry and education to cultivate the spirit of higher vocational accounting professionals must deal with the relationship between production and education,engineering,enterprise schools,internal and external,moral and technical,distribution and so on.Its implementation strategies include:making clear the target requirements of cultivating the spirit of accounting talents and craftsmen,doing well the selection and employment of teachers,carrying out curriculum penetration,integrating into the culture of enterprise and school,setting up typical model soldiers,integrating various forms,implementing process monitoring,scientific evaluation and encouragement,etc.
