2008-2018年我国猪流行性腹泻病毒混合感染分析 被引量:22

ANALYSIS OF MIXED INFECTIONS OF PORCINE EPIDEMIC DIARRHEA VIRUS WITH OTHER PATHOGENS FROM 2008 TO 2018 IN CHINA

摘要 为了解我国猪流行性腹泻病毒混合感染的地区分布情况、季节性特征和混合感染病原类型,基于中国知网、NCBI等数据库,对2008-2018年间我国猪流行性腹泻病毒混合感染病例进行统计.结果显示,全国18个省市地区统计样本数量共计6951份,其中猪流行性腹泻病毒阳性样本数3345(48.12%)份,混合感染阳性样本数1325(19.06%)份;我国中部地区猪流行性腹泻病毒混合感染率高于其他省市;冬季(12~2月)为猪流行性腹泻病毒混合感染多发季节;细菌和病毒是猪流行性腹泻病毒混合感染的主要病原,在与细菌的混合感染中,主要混合感染病原类型为大肠杆菌,在与病毒的混合感染中,可以与猪圆环病毒2型、猪轮状病毒、猪瘟病毒、猪传染性胃肠炎病毒、猪伪狂犬病毒、猪嵴病毒、猪Delta冠状病毒和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒进行混合感染,混合感染主要以二重混合感染(15.41%)为主,三重混合感染和四重混合感染分别占总样本数的3.25%和0.40%.本文归纳了近10年我国猪流行性腹泻病毒混合感染的基本特征,为了解猪流行性腹泻病毒混合感染及提高疫病综合防控水平提供了一定的参考. To understand the distribution,seasonal characteristics and mixed infection patterns of Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV)with other pathogens from 2008 to 2018 in China,data were collected from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),NCBI and other databases.Total 6951 samples from 18 provinces and cities were statistically analyzed and found the positive rate of PEDV infection was 48.12%(3345/6951)and mixed infections with other pathogens as 19.06%(1325/6951).These results also showed the higher mixed infections existed in central China such as Hubei,Henan and Hunan provinces than other provinces.Winter months(December through February)was a prevalent season for PEDV infection or mixed infections.Escherichia coli was the major species found in mixed bacterial infections while more viruses were found in mixed viral infections,such as Porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2),Porcine rotavirus(PoRV),Classical swine fever virus(CSFV),Porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus(TGEV),Porcine pseudorabies virus(PRV),Porcine kobuvirus(PKV),Porcine deltacoronavirus(PDCoV)and Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV).In addition,this investigation also revealed that 15.41% cases were double mixed infections,3.25% cases for the triple mixed infections and 0.4% cases for the quadruple mixed infections.
