摘要
皮带机在井下担负着重要的运输任务,为避免对矿井生产造成影响,以昊兴塬煤矿DTL120型皮带机为例分析了其驱动装置、皮带、托辊、机架常见故障产生原因,并对皮带、托辊等部件的技术参数提出了安全监测措施,并提出故障排除方案,以期通过对该皮带机安全监测系统改造研究,为昊兴塬煤矿DTL120/120/2×560型皮带机稳定运行奠定坚实的基础。
The belt conveyor is responsible for the important transportation task in the underground.In order to avoid the impact on the production of the mine,the causes of the common drive device,belt,idler and frame faults are analyzed taking DTL 120 belt conveyor as an example,and the safety monitoring measures and troubleshooting schemes for the belt and idler are proposed.It is hoped to lay a solid foundation for the stable operation of DTL120/120/2×560 belt conveyor in Haoxingyuan coal mine,so as to improve the safety production and economic benefits of the mine.
