摘要
针对高砷锑烟尘脱砷的现有火法、湿法、火法湿法联合的主要处理技术进行对比。其中火法-湿法联合工艺尤其是低温碱性焙烧-热水浸出法对高砷锑烟尘脱砷效率高,且其他有价金属损失率低,工艺流程简单,易于实现工业化,具有较好的应用前景。
Comparation among the existing pyrogenic process,wet process and the wet-firing combined process for arsenic removal from high arsenic-antimony fume is done.The wet-firing combined process,especially the low temperature alkaline roasting-hot water leaching method has high efficient for arsenic removal from high arsenic-antimony fume,and the loss ratio of valuable metals is low,the process flow is simple,which is easy to realize industrial production,which has good application prospect.
