新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)疫情下手术室管理策略及方法

Operating room management strategy and method under COVID-19 epidemic

目的探讨新型冠状病毒性肺炎疫情时期手术室工作的调整策略及方法。方法根据最新冠肺炎疫情工作指南,甘肃中医药大学附属医院手术室制定疫情期间手术室管理策略及方法。结果2020年1月24日至2020年2月12日共进行各种手术78例,其中男性42例,女36例;平均年龄(49.3±10.1)岁。手术后患者恢复顺利,患者及医护人员无感染情况发生。结论新冠肺炎疫情期间,通过调整手术室管理策略和方法,可以安全开展手术工作并合理进行疫情防控。

【Objective】To explore the adjustment strategies and methods of operating room during the period of new coronavirus pneumonia.【Methods】According to the latest guidelines of the coronary pneumonia epidemic situation,the operating room of Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine formulated the management strategy and method of the operating room during the epidemic period.【Results】Between January 24,2020 and February 12,2020,there were 78 cases of various operations,of which 42 were male and 36 were female,with an average age of 49.3±10.1 years.After the operation,the patients recovered smoothly,and the patients and the medical staff were not infected.【Conclusion】During the epidemic period of new coronary pneumonia,the operation can be carried out safely and reasonably by adjusting the management strategy and method of operating room.
