基于RT-LAB半物理仿真平台的永磁同步电机控制及谐波抑制技术 被引量:2

摘要 硬件在环(HIL)仿真技术相较于传统的全离线仿真技术,是伺服控制领域、电传动系统设计中的一种全新的测试理念及仿真技术。本文介绍了RT-LAB半物理仿真平台的组成,以及永磁同步电机控制使用到的逆变控制策略和调制策略。采用的控制策略主要包括MTPA及弱磁控制,采用的调制策略主要包括SPWM方式及SHEPWM方式。利用RT-LAB半物理仿真平台搭建的永磁同步电机实时仿真平台,可以进行控制算法、调制算法的半物理仿真验证。同时,利用永磁同步电机角度补偿策略提出二次谐波抑制算法,并进行了半物理仿真验证。结果表明:加入二次谐波抑制算法后,中间直流母线电压二次谐波含量有明显降低,逆变器输出电流总谐波含量也有较大改善。 Compared with the traditional off-line simulation technology, hardware in the loop(HIL)simulation technology is a new test concept and simulation technology in the field of servo control and electric drive system design. This paper introduces the composition of RT-LAB semi physical simulation platform, as well as the inverter control strategy and modulation strategy used in PMSM control. The control strategy mainly includes MTPA and flux-weakening control;the modulation strategy mainly includes SPWM and SHEPWM. The real-time simulation platform of PMSM based on RT-LAB semi physical simulation platform can be used for semi physical simulation verification of control algorithm and modulation algorithm. At the same time, using the angle compensation strategy of PMSM, the second harmonic suppression algorithm is proposed and verified by semi physical simulation. The results show that the second harmonic content of the DC bus voltage is significantly reduced and the total harmonic content of the inverter phase current is greatly improved by adding the second harmonic suppression algorithm.
