一次性使用带线荷包缝合针悬吊辅助在腹腔镜阑尾切除术中的应用价值

Application value of disposable thread-loaded suture needle for suspension assistance in laparoscopic appendectomy

目的探讨一次性使用带线荷包缝合针悬吊辅助在腹腔镜阑尾切除术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2019年10月34例应用一次性使用带线荷包缝合针悬吊辅助法行腹腔镜阑尾切除术(观察组)和34例不采用悬吊辅助行传统腹腔镜阑尾切除术(对照组)患者的临床资料,比较两组的手术操作时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间及并发症发生情况。结果两组患者均顺利完成腹腔镜阑尾切除术,术后均无腹腔出血、腹腔脓肿、切口感染、炎性肠梗阻等并发症发生。观察组手术操作时间、术中出血量及术后肛门排气时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用一次性使用带线荷包缝合针悬吊辅助法行腹腔镜阑尾切除术疗效满意、优势明显,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the application value of disposable thread-loaded suture needle for suspension assistance in laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods The clinical data of 34 cases using disposable thread-loaded suture needle for suspension assistance in laparoscopic appendectomy(observation group)and 34 cases using traditional laparoscopic appendectomy without suspension assistance(control group)from January 2019 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative anal exhaust time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results All patients who accepted laparoscopic appendectomy were completed successful.There were no complications such as abdominal hemorrhage,abdominal abscess,wound infection and inflammatory bowel obstruction.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative anal exhaust time in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic appendectomy with disposable thread-loaded suture needle for suspension assistance has satisfactory effect and obvious advantages,which is worthy of clinical application.
