摘要
为提高蛹虫草的产量、降低生产成本、提高蛹虫草种植业的收益,进行了以部分培养基替换为菌渣对于蛹虫草生长影响的研究。通过菌渣替代比例及蚕蛹粉添加试验和栽培试验,利用Graphpad Prism 8软件对结果进行数据整理和分析,最终确定培养基的最优配方:在添加4g蚕蛹粉的条件下,菌渣替代比例为10%,可以在不影响子实体形态的前提下,缩短栽培时间,降低畸形率,并显著提高蛹虫草的产量,提高蛹虫草种植的收益。
In order to increase the yield of Cordyceps militaris(L.)Fr.,reduce the cost of culture medium,and improve the income of Cordyceps militaris(L.)Fr.cultivation,the effect of replacing some culture medium with waste rod on the growth of Cordyceps militaris(L.)Fr.was studied.Through comparing with the fresh weight of Cordyceps militaris(L.)Fr.fruiting body in the pre experiment,and using Graphpad Prism 8 statistics software to collate and analyze the data,the better formula of the culture medium was determined:the mass ratio of rice to waste rod was 9∶1 under the condition of adding silkworm cnysalis power 4 g.It can shorten the cultivation time,reduce the deformity rate,improve the output of Cordyceps militaris(L.)Fr.and reduce the cost of Cordyceps militaris(L.)Fr.culture medium without affecting the fruiting body shape.
