摘要
移动互联网实时匹配消费者的需求信息和酒店旅馆的供给信息,不仅影响消费者的住宿选择,而且改变了酒店旅馆的区位分布。笔者选取分别代表传统区位、"互联网+"时代区位的厦门火车站片区、黄厝片区进行比较研究,分析"互联网+"时代酒店旅馆业空间选址的变化。研究发现,"互联网+"时代消费者获知酒店旅馆信息由实际感知转向互联网获取,获取信息的渠道和内容更加多元,不再聚焦于酒店的交通条件、市场位置等传统区位因素,更加关注酒店特色和用户体验。因此,酒店旅馆也以酒店特色和用户体验作为竞争的核心,不仅加强互联网营销,而且空间选址的范围也更加广泛。这就给城市弱区位地区带来酒店旅馆的发展潜力,尤其是具有地方特色、生态环境优越的地区。
The internet matches the requirements of the customers and the supply information of the hotels in real time,which not only influences the accommodation selection of the customers,but also changes the spatial distribution of the hotels.Taking region near Xiamen railway station,realm of traditional spatial distribution of hotel,and Huangcuo area,dominated comparatively by modern spatial distribution,as examples,this paper aims to analyze the influences that Internet plus has on spatial distribution of hotel industry from consumers’perspective.It turns out that in the Internet plus age,consumers begin to obtain more various hotel information from more multiple sources based on hotel characteristics and user experience rather than traditional factors like location or traffic,and so on.Therefore,the hotels take characteristics and user experience as the core of competition,strengthen the internet marketing and expanding the scope of site selection.This brings potential development for the hotels in disadvantaged location,especially those with local features and good ecological environment.
