摘要
为了达到国家烟气排放指标要求,太钢针对焦炉烟道和烧结烟气治理进行了大量的调研工作,从有利于指标控制、不造成次生污染、功效全面等考虑,科学选择治理方式,焦炉烟气采用NaHCO3 SDS干法脱硫法,脱硝采用中低温选择性催化还原法(SCR法);烧结烟气采用活性碳脱硫脱硝+SCR脱硝技术,取得了很好的应用效果。
In order to meet the requirements of the national flue gas emission index,TISCO has carried out a lot of research work on the flue gas treatment of coke oven and sintering flue gas,and scientifically selected the treatment mode from the consideration of favorable index control,no secondary pollution and comprehensive efficiency.NaHCO3 is used for the flue gas of coke oven in SDS dry desulfurization method,SCR method is used for denitrification,and activated carbon desulfurization denitrification+SCR denitrification technology is used for sintering flue gas,which has achieved good application results.
