综合护理干预对冠心病患者的疗效观察及其效果评价

Evaluation and observation on the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with coronary heart disease

目的:探讨综合护理干预对冠心病患者的疗效。方法:2015年5月-2019年5月收治冠心病患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理的基础上行综合护理干预。比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组总有效率、护理满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组焦虑评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将综合护理干预运用到冠心病患者的治疗过程中,可以提高患者治疗的有效率,促进患者早日康复。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:From May 2015 to May 2019,86 patients with coronary heart disease were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 43 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing measures.The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.We compared clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The effective rate and the total satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the value of anxiety decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying comprehensive nursing intervention to the rehabilitation treatment of patients with coronary heart disease can improve the quality of life of patients,improve the efficiency of patients'treatment and promote the early recovery of patients.
