Construction of the Publishing Platform for Geographical National Conditions Monitoring Data in Anhui Province

摘要 随着地理国情常态化监测的深入开展和推广应用,社会各界对地理国情信息的需求越来越迫切。本文从需求分析、技术路线、平台设计与实现等方面详细地介绍了安徽省地理国情监测成果发布平台的建设情况。发布平台基于开源框架和地理信息公共服务平台进行建设,面向每年持续更新的地理国情监测成果,提供了界面化动态配置功能,首次建立了全省地理国情数据资源服务体系,为地理国情信息共享、开发利用提供了技术支撑。 With the in-depth development and popularizing application of geographical national conditions monitoring,the demand for geographical national conditions information from all sectors of society is becoming more and more urgent.This paper introduces in detail the construction of the publishing platform for geographical national conditions monitoring data in Anhui Province from the aspects of demand analysis,technical route,platform design,and implementation.The publishing platform is built on the basis of open source framework and geographic information public service platform.It provides the interface for dynamic configuration functions in accordance with the continuous updating of the data of geographical national conditions monitoring every year.For the first time,it establishes the service system of geographic national conditions data resources for the whole province,and provides technical support for the sharing,development,and utilization of geographic national conditions information.
