摘要
以体量超大、工期紧的杭州萧山国际机场三期工程为例,创新提出并应用了施工管理总承包+施工总承包模式,负责实施整个三期工程的施工管理总承包职能及其中Ⅰ标段航站楼工程的施工总承包职能,实现了"1+1>2"的效果,高效推进了超大型项目的施工组织管理。
Taking Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport Phase II project with large volume and tight construction period as an example,the mode of general contracting for construction management+general contracting of construction is innovatively put forward and applied.It is responsible ftor the implementation of the general contracting function of the construction management of the whole phaseⅡproject and the general contracting function of the terminal project in sectionⅠ,which achieves the effect of"1+1>2"and effectively promotes the construction organization and management of super large projects.
