倾斜长壁综采工作面采空区涌水治理系统研究及应用

Research and application of water inrush management system in goaf of inclined long wall fully mechanized mining face

为解决倾斜长壁综采工作面采空区涌水难排出、易形成水煤,水煤进入运输系统易造成机械事故、甚至人员伤亡事故的问题,在现场生产实践的基础上,研究总结了倾斜长壁综采工作面涌水治理系统。通过现场应用,该涌水治理系统较好地解决了倾斜长壁综采工作面内积水难以排出、仰采工作面巷道积水不易导出、下部巷道煤泥处理等问题,保证了矿井安全顺利生产。

It is hard to drain the inrush water in the goaf of inclined long wall fully mechanized mining face,and easy to form water coal,which brings risks of mechanical accidents and even casualties in the transportation system,on the basis of on-site production practices, a water inrush treatment system for inclined long wall fully mechanized mining face is developed.According to the field application,the system solved the problems such as the water drainage in inclined working face and upward mining face,and coal slime treatment in the lower roadway,and ensured the safety and smooth production of the mine.
