清胃汤治疗慢性牙周炎疗效观察

Curative Observation of Using Qingwei Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Periodontitis

目的:观察清胃汤联合西药治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效。方法:选择本院在2016年6月~2018年6月期间收治的慢性牙周炎患者98例,按随机数表法分为对照组及观察组。对照组给予替硝唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予清胃汤,治疗2周并随访3个月。统计两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、治疗期间不良反应发生率、随访期间复发率,检测龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平。结果:观察组治疗后中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SBI、PD、PLI水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后ALP、AST、LDH水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组随访期间复发率(8.16%)低于对照组(26.53%)(P<0.05)。结论:清胃汤联合西药治疗慢性牙周炎可提升疗效并减少复发率。

Objective: To study the curative effect of using Qingwei Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods: 98 patients with chronic periodontitis who were admitted to the hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled.They were divided into controlled group and observation group according to random number table method.The controlled group was treated with Tinidazole.On this basis,the observation group was given Qingwei Decoction.They were treated for 2 weeks and followed up for 3 months.The scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions during treatment and recurrence rate during follow-upin both groups were statistically analyzed.The sulcus bleeding index(SBI),probing depth(PD),plaque index(PLI),levels of alkaline phosphatase(ALP),aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) were detected.Results: After treatment,scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of SBI,PD and PLI in the observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,ALP,AST and LDH levels in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate during follow-up in the observation group was lower than that in the controlled group(8.16% vs 26.53%)(P<0.05).Conclusion: Using Qingwei Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic periodontitis can improve the effect and reduce recurrence rate.
