硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压病的临床效果评价

Clinical evaluation of nifedipine sustained release tablets combined with irbesartan in the treatment of hypertension

目的:探讨硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压病的临床效果。方法:2016年12月-2018年12月收治高血压病患者64例,随机分为两组,各32例。对照组采用硝苯地平缓释片口服治疗;观察组给予厄贝沙坦片联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗。比较两组疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压病效果显著,不良反应发生率低,药物作用稳定持久,是高血压病治疗的首选长效制剂。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nifedipine sustained release tablets combined with irbesartan in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:From December 2016 to December 2018,64 patients with hypertension were admitted,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine sustained release tablets orally.The observation group was treated with irbesartan tablets combined with nifedipine sustained release tablets.The efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine sustained release tablets combined with irbesartan is effective in the treatment of hypertension with low incidence of adverse reactions and stable and long-lasting drug activity,which is the first choice for the treatment of hypertension.
