The Construction of Higher Vocational Industrial Colleges Based on the Innovation-driven Development Strategy:Connotation,Path and Mechanism--Taking the Industrial College of Shanxi Engineering Vocational College as an Example

高职产业学院作为创新驱动发展战略在现代职业教育领域的重要表现与组织形式,具有鲜明的中国特色和时代特征。从创新驱动发展战略的时代背景出发,分析高职产业学院的价值内涵,结合山西工程职业学院产业学院的建设实践,从立足区域产业,对接产业链组建专业群,搭建高水平技术技能创新服务平台等方面研究其建设路径,并结合实际探索高职产业学院的长效运行机制。

As an important performance and organizational form of innovation-driven development strategy in the field of modern vocational education,higher vocational industrial colleges have distinct characteristics of China and the times.This paper,starting from the background of innovation-driven development strategy,combining with the construction practice of Shanxi Engineering Vocational College,analyzes value connotation of higher vocational industrial colleges,and studies the path construction from stand⁃ing on regional industry,establishing a professional group docked industrial chain,building a high level technical skills innovation service platform,and explores the long-term operating mechanism of higher vocational industrial colleges in combination with the actual situation.
