摘要
建立供水管网韧性评估方法,通过结构性变化和非结构性变化的情景分析,选择Todini指数、供水保证率、剩余供水能力、故障前后节点能量损失4个指标作为韧性指标,选取算例管网进行韧性分析。结果表明,建立管网韧性评估方法及指标,有利于评估供水管网对人口增长、气候变化等风险的承载能力,有利于针对管网运行现状提出经济高效的管理策略。
A water distribution network(WDN)resilience assessment method was developed to analyze the structural changes and non-structural changes scenarios.Todini index,delivered flow,surplus capacity and energy loss were selected as the resilience indicators.The method is applied to assess the resilience of a WDN.Results show that the resilience assessment method helps investigate the carrying capacity of WDN for population growth,climate change and other risks,which enables water utility to adopt a cost-effective strategy to improve system resilience.
