摘要
PinAAcle 900T型原子吸收分光光度计(AAS)是近些年开发出的新产品,目前在食品、药品、自然环境内铜、铁、锰、锌等重金属微量元素检测、分析等领域中均有应用,效能是常规AAS无法毗邻的。但当下很多技术人员未能扎实掌握PinAAcle 900T型AAS的正确操作方法、对其操作流程模棱两可,很可能会削弱该类仪器的使用价值。鉴于此,文章在简单介绍PinAAcle 900T型AAS的基础上,对火焰法、石墨炉法两种常用操作方法做出探究,以供同行参考。
The new product developed by PinAAcle 900T atomic absorption spectrophotometer(AAS)in recent years has been used in the detection and analysis of heavy metal trace elements such as copper,iron,manganese,zinc and other fields in food,medicine and natural environment,and its effectiveness can not be adjacent to conventional AAS.However,at present,many technicians fail to firmly grasp the correct operation method of PinAAcle 900T AAS and are ambiguous about its operation flow,which is likely to weaken the use value of this kind of instrument.In view of this,on the basis of a brief introduction of PinAAcle 900T AAS,this paper probes into the two common operation methods of flame method and graphite furnace method for reference.
