摘要
光电比色法是现代仪器分析常用的一种分析方法,本研究开发了一种基于Aducm360单片机的双通道光电比色检测系统。该系统包括电源模块、光源发射模块、光敏接收模块、信号采集模块、通讯模块。通过单片机实现对光源、信号的调制、解调,同时将接收的光电信号进行转换、同步检波、滤波、高精度采集,从而得到稳定的光强值。该系统可进行单通道比色,也可使用双通道进行更高精度的比色。因为该系统使用的是调制光源和同步检波的工作方式而不是传统比色检测系统直接恒流控制光源、直接采集光敏信号的工作方式,降低了背景噪声、电路及元器件噪声对自身系统的干扰,从而大大提升了本系统比色检测的准确度和精度。
The dual channel photoelectric colorimetry system based on Aducm360 microcontroller includes a power module,a light source emitting module,aphotosensitive receiving module,a signal acquisition module and a communication module.Through microcontroller the modulation and demodulation of light source and signal are realized,the received photoelectric signal is converted,synchronously detected,filtered and collected with high precision,thus a stable light intensity value is obtained.The system can be used for color comparison in single channel or in dual channel with higher accuracy.Because the system uses modulation light source and synchronous detection mode instead of the traditional colorimetric system direct constant current control of light source and direct collection of photosensitive signals,the interference of background noise,circuit and component noise on its own system is reduced,thus the accuracy and precision of the colorimetric detect system are greatly improved.
