摘要
以人乳腺癌细胞系MDA-MB-231和T-47D为研究对象,通过MTT方法,检测不同浓度七叶皂苷(0、5、10、15、20、25、30、35、40、45μmol/L),对人乳腺癌细胞系MDA-MB-231和T-47D体外增殖的影响。结果表明:不同浓度七叶皂苷处理MDA-MB-231细胞,发现七叶皂苷对MDA-MB-231肿瘤细胞没有明显的抑制作用。七叶皂苷可明显抑制人乳腺癌T-47D细胞的生长,并且呈现明显的剂量和时间依赖性,表明七叶皂苷对乳腺癌T-47D细胞具有抑制作用。
The effect of different concentrations of Aescin(0,5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45μmol/L)on the proliferation of human breast cancer cell lines MDA-MB-231 and T-47D is studied by MTT assay.The results show that Aescin had no significant inhibitory effect on human breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells treated with different concentrations of Aescin.Aescin can significantly inhibited the growth of human breast cancer T-47D cells,and it shows an obvious dose and time-dependent effect,which indicats that Aescinate has an inhibitory effect on breast cancer T-47D cells.
