摘要
该项目以珠海市国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑运行节能监管体系创建、实践国家智慧城市行动方案为背景,建成了覆盖珠海市重点用能公共建筑的建筑能耗监测网络,构建了能耗数据的挖掘分析机制与共享机制。项目成果在全市范围进行了充分地推广应用,为合理应用智能化技术推动降低能源消耗、减少温室气体排放树立了新的典范,总体取得了良好的经济、社会和环境效益。
Based on the establishment of energy conservation monitoring system for office buildings of state-owned organizations and large public buildings of Zhuhai as well as the practice of National Smart City Action Plan,the project has built a building energy consumption monitoring network covering key public buildings in Zhuhai,which constructs the mining analysis and sharing mechanism of energy consumption data.Through full promotion and application in the whole city,the project has set a model for the rational application of intelligent technology to promote the reduction of energy consumption and GHGemissions. Accordingly, the project has achieved good economic, social and environmental benefits.
