摘要
研究空气阻止剂NM360在半钢子午线轮胎过渡层胶中的应用。结果表明:在半钢子午线轮胎过渡层胶中使用20份空气阻止剂NM360替代10份炭黑N326,胶料的加工性能相当;硫化胶的100%定伸应力和回弹值(100℃)提高,60℃时损耗因子减小,生热降低;成品轮胎耐久性能符合相应国家标准要求,且生产成本降低。
The application of air barrier agent NM360 in the transition layer compound of steel-belted radial tire was studied. The results showed that,when 20 phr NM360 was used to replace 10 phr carbon black N326 in the transition layer compound of steel-belted radial tire,the processability of the compound was the same,the 100% modulus and resilience(100 ℃) of the vulcanizate increased,the loss factor at 60 ℃ was reduced,and the heat build-up was reduced. The durability of finished tire met the requirements of corresponding national standards,and the production cost decreased.
