摘要
复合脐带缆是由电力电缆与提供控制信号的线缆及其它管线组合在一起的管缆,一般用于为深海设备提供动力与控制信号及化学药剂。脐带缆内部电力电缆大电流会在控制信号线上感应出电压,其可能会对信号产生电磁干扰,对控制设备绝缘造成破坏。分析了控制线与电力电缆呈不同相对位置时的干扰情况,研究了不同材料与不同厚度屏蔽层的屏蔽效果,给出了采用导电材料的电屏蔽与采用导磁材料的磁屏蔽对50 Hz工频干扰的屏蔽效果差异。结果表明,磁屏蔽的效果远大于电屏蔽。
The composite umbilical cable is a combination of power cables,control signal lines and other pipelines.It is generally used to provide electric power,control signals and other chemicals for deep⁃sea equipment.The high cur⁃rent of power cables inside the umbilical cable may induce voltage on the control signal lines,which may cause elec⁃tromagnetic interference to the signal or damage the insulation of equipment.In this paper,the interference of power cables with control lines in different relative positions is analyzed,and the shielding effect of shielding layers with dif⁃ferent materials and thickness is investigated.The purpose is to show the difference of shielding effect between the e⁃lectric shielding with conductive materials and the magnetic shielding with ferromagnetic materials.The results show that the effect of the magnetic shielding is much greater than that of the electric shielding.
