摘要 本研究从确定研究方向、搭建实验平台、科研经费获取与成果输出、开展校际合作研发等方面系统探讨了应用型工科院校新教师科研创新能力培养的方法,目的是为应用型工科院校新进教师的科研创新能力提高提供参考。 This study systematically discusses the method of cultivating the scientific research innovation ability of new teachers in applied engineering colleges from the aspects of determining the research direction,setting up the experimental platform,obtaining scientific research funds and exporting the outputs,and carrying out inter-school cooperation research.This research aims at providing a reference for the improvement of the scientific research innovation ability of new teachers in applied engineering colleges.
