摘要 钒催化剂是采用接触法生产硫酸工艺过程中至关重要的材料之一,随着硫酸工业技术的快速发展,我国每年对钒催化剂的需求量日益增加。经过七十多年的发展,国产钒催化剂已经取得了丰硕的成果。但在抗粉化性能、使用寿命和催化活性方面与国外催化剂相比还有一定的差距。本文通过查阅国内外钒催化剂相关的文献资料,结合国产钒催化剂的现状,从催化剂的作用机理、催化剂的失活机理、影响催化剂性能的因素三个方面做简要综述。 Vanadium catalyst is an important raw material in the process of sulfuric acid production by contact method.With the rapid development of sulfuric acid industrial technology,the demand for vanadium catalyst is increasing every year in China.After 70 years of development,the domestic vanadium catalyst has achieved fruitful results.However,there are still some differences between them and foreign catalysts in terms of powder resistance,service life and catalytic activity.The catalytic mechanism,catalyst deactivation and influencing factors of vanadium catalysts were briefly reviewed by referring to the literature on vanadium catalysts at home and abroad and combining with the present situation of vanadium catalysts made in China.
