摘要
目的探讨CBL(Case-Based Learning)联合PBL(ProblemBased Learning)双轨式教学模式在皮肤科住院医师规范化培训中的教学效果。方法选取在皮肤科进行规范化培训住院医师46人为研究对象,随机分组,观察组采用CBL和PBL双轨式教学模式,对照组采用传统的LBL(lecture-based learning)模式,通过客观(理论知识+病例分析)与主观(调查问卷)两种形式进行评估教学效果。结果 CBL+PBL组学生考核成绩(82.91±7.20)优于LBT组(76.96±7.49),(P <0.05);CBL+PBL组有91.30%的学生认为能够提高学习兴趣,95.65%的学生认为有利于提高临床疾病诊疗思维,82.61%的学生认为有利于提升自主学习能力,82.61%的学生认为希望将该教学法作为常规应用于临床教学中,86.96%的学生认为这种方法方便临床患者沟通,82.61%学生认为这种模式更强调团队合作,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);结论在皮肤科住院医师规范化培训中,采用CBL与PBL模式联合教学,对于提升住院规培医师的理论知识掌握度及实操能力均具有积极意义。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of CBL combined with PBL dual-track teaching mode in the standardized training of dermatology residents. Methods 46 residents who received standardized training in dermatology were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into groups. The observation group adopted the dual-track teaching mode of CBL and PBL, while the control group adopted the traditional LBL mode, and the teaching effect was evaluated by objective(theoretical knowledge + case analysis) and subjective(questionnaire) methods.Results The assessment results of the students in the CBL + PBL teaching group(82.91±7.20) were significantly better than those in the LBT group(76.96±7.49),(P<0.05). 91.30% of the students in the CBL + PBL group thought they could increase their interest in learning, and 95.65% of the students thought It is conducive to improving the thinking of clinical disease diagnosis and treatment. 82.61% of students believe that it is conducive to improving autonomous learning ability, 82.61% of students think that they want to apply the teaching method as a routine in clinical teaching, 86.96% of students think that this method is convenient for clinical patients to communicate,82.61% students believe that this model puts more emphasis on teamwork, and the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion In the standardized training of dermatology residents, the combined teaching of CBL and PBL model is of positive significance for improving the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of the residents in the standardized training of dermatology residents.
