摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,结合体育与健康学科核心素养理论研究,对体育教师PCK从学科知识、有关学生的知识、教育情境知识和教学法知识四个方面进行了深度解析;并以此为基础,提出基于学科核心素养的体育教师PCK优化措施:多种知识优化齐驱并进,落实核心素养内涵;重视学生主体地位,聚焦“树人”“育人”目标;赋予缄默知识情境化,深化核心素养内蕴;注重实践与反思过程,明晰核心素养要旨。
Using literature,logic analysis and other methods,combined with the core literacy theory research of physical education and health disciplines,the physical education teacher’s PCK is analyzed in depth from four aspects:subject content knowledge,student-related knowledge,educational situation knowledge,and teaching method knowledge.Based on this,PCK optimization measures for physical education teachers based on subject core literacy are proposed:multiple knowledge go hand in hand to implement the core literacy connotation;attach importance to the student’s subject status,focus on the“tree”and“educate”goals;endow a silent knowledge situation,deepen and deepen the core literacy;focus on the process of practice and reflection;and clarify the main points of core literacy.
