摘要
世界卫生组织(WHO)指出,在"新冠肺炎"疫情期间,存在着信息疫情现象。社交媒体用户每日接收和分享海量良莠不齐的疫情信息,超出用户的信息处理能力,造成了认知负担,可能对用户的身心健康产生危害。本文以大学生社交媒体用户为对象,依据社会心理学中"压力源-心理负担-行为表现"(SSO)模型框架,以倦怠和心理抗拒情绪为中介变量,研究信息疫情对大学生消极信息行为的影响,采用问卷调查方式,运用SPSS25.0和AMOS24.0软件进行了验证性因子分析和研究模型的假设检验。研究发现:过量疫情信息推送、过量疫情信息分享分别显著正向影响用户倦怠、心理抗拒情绪,低质量疫情信息显著正向影响心理抗拒情绪,用户倦怠、心理抗拒情绪分别正向影响忽略、屏蔽信息行为。在此基础上从社会媒体管理和信息素养培育两个方面讨论了如何消除信息疫情的消极影响。研究结果对在"新冠肺炎"疫情和公共突发卫生事件期间正向引导大学生的移动信息行为有着重要的参考价值。*本文系天津市社科基金项目"面向科研第四范式的高校图书馆数据素养教育"(项目编号:D18027)的研究成果之一。
During the outbreak of COVID-19,World Health Organization(WHO)put forward a new concept:Infodemic.Social media users receive and share a great amount of information every day.Excessive information of mixed quality,which is the typical feature of Infodemic,goes beyond users’information processing ability and become a cognitive burden for them.It harms people’s physical and mental health.This paper employs the SSO model in social psychology as the theoretical framework,studies the influence of Infodemic on college-students’social media negative information behavior by using fatigue and psychological reactance as mediator variables.It collects data through questionnaires and uses SPSS 25.0 and AMOS24.0 for confirmatory factor analysis and hypothesis testing.It reveals that overloaded information delivered by social media and overloaded information sharing have significant positive effects on fatigue and psychological reactance;low-quality information including rumors and disinformation has significant positive effects on psychological reactance;users’fatigue and psychological reactance have significant positive effects on ignoring and shielding behavior on social media.It further discusses how to alleviate the negative influence of Infodemic on college students from the perspectives of social media management and the improvement of information literacy.This research has important practical implications for the guidance of the normative mobile information behavior of college students.
