远红外线照射联合酒精湿敷对耳廓假性囊肿前壁软骨切除术患者术后疼痛及并发症的影响

The effect of far-infrared radiation combined with alcohol wet compress on postoperative pain and complications of patients undergoing anterior resection of aural pseudocyst

目的探究远红外线照射联合酒精湿敷对耳廓假性囊肿前壁软骨切除术患者术后疼痛及并发症的影响。方法60例耳廓假性囊肿患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用耳廓软骨前壁切除术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用术后远红外线照射联合酒精湿敷治疗。观察比较两组治疗效果、复发率、术后疼痛时间、换药次数、愈合时间、切口感染率及不同时间段疼痛情况、治疗满意度。结果两组治疗总有效率和术后复发率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后疼痛时间(2.41±1.06)d、换药次数(3.38±0.84)次、愈合时间(5.31±1.38)d和切口感染率6.67%均优于对照组的(4.17±2.17)d、(5.30±1.28)次、(7.62±2.14)d、26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后第1天,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第3天,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳廓软骨前壁切除治疗耳廓假性囊肿效果良好,并且术后采用远红外线照射联合酒精湿敷治疗能减轻患者伤口疼痛,促进创面愈合,提高患者的舒适度,减少感染的发生,而且方法简便,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of far-infrared radiation combined with alcohol wet compress on postoperative pain and complications of patients undergoing anterior resection of aural pseudocyst.Methods A total of 60 aural pseudocyst patients as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by anterior resection of aural pseudocyst,and the observation group was treated by far-infrared radiation combined with alcohol wet compress on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,recurrence rate,postoperative pain time,frequency of dressing,healing time,incision infection,pain at different time points and treatment satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in total effective rate of treatment and postoperative recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative pain time(2.41±1.06)d,frequency of dressing(3.38±0.84)times,healing time(5.31±1.38)d and incision infection rate 6.67%of the observation group was better than that of the control group(4.17±2.17)d,(5.30±1.28)times,(7.62±2.14)d and 26.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 day after surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).3 days after surgery,VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Anterior resection is effective in the treatment of aaural pseudocyst,and the postoperative far-infrared radiation combined with alcohol wet compress treatment can reduce the pain of the wound,promote wound healing,improve the comfort of the patient,and reduce the incidence of infection.It is simple and has high clinical application value.
