悬吊辅助法经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术的微创性及美容效果

Minimally Invasive and Cosmetic Effects of Suspension-assisted Transumbilical Single-hole Laparoscopic Appendectomy

目的探讨悬吊辅助法经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术的微创性及美容效果。方法选取中山市黄圃人民医院2018年11月至2019年4月收治的成年慢性阑尾炎患者60例为研究对象,根据抽签法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组使用传统三孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术,观察组使用吊线法辅助经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术,对比2组患者手术情况、切口美容效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后排气时间、卧床时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率10.00%高于对照组6.67%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组切口美容效果评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性阑尾炎患者,采用悬吊辅助法经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗,与传统三孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术相比,康复时间更短,创伤性更小,且切口美容效果更突出。

Objective To investigate the minimally invasive and cosmetic effect of suspension assisted transumbilical single port laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods Totally 60 adult patients with chronic appendicitis admitted to Huangpu people's Hospital of Zhongshan City from November 2018 to April 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the drawing method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional three port laparoscopic appendectomy,and the observation group was treated with single port laparoscopic appendectomy assisted by suspension line method.The general operation conditions,cosmetic effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The exhaust time,bed time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%higher than that in the control group 6.67%(P>0.05).The incision cosmetic effect score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional three port laparoscopic appendectomy,suspension assisted transumbilical single port laparoscopic appendectomy has shorter recovery time,less trauma and more prominent cosmetic effect.
