社区老年高血压患者自我效能与社会支持的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Self-efficacy and Social Support in Community Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨社区老年高血压患者的自我效能、社会支持及二者之间的相关性。方法采用高血压病人自我效能评价表、社会支持评定量表对154例老年高血压患者进行调查。结果老年高血压患者自我效能总得分为(38.25±5.29),其中日常生活自我效能、健康行为自我效能、药物治疗自我效能和遵医行为自我效能得分分别为(10.16±1.84)(6.90±1.82)(11.06±1.55)和(10.12±2.04)。老年高血压患者社会支持总得分为(46.09±8.29),其中客观支持、主观支持和对社会支持的利用度分别为(10.81±2.95)(24.79±4.63)和(8.53±2.33)。老年高血压患者的自我效能与其社会支持呈正相关(r=0.328,P<0.01)。结论老年高血压患者的自我效能和社会支持均处于中上水平。老年高血压患者社会支持水平越高,其自我效能越好。

Objective To explore the self-efficacy,social support,and the correlation between them in community elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 154 elderly patients with hypertension were investigated with self-efficacy scale and social support rating scale.Results The total score of self-efficacy of elderly patients with hypertension was(38.25±5.29);the scores of daily life self-efficacy,health behavior self-efficacy,drug treatment self-efficacy,and compliance behavior self-efficacy were(10.16±1.84),(6.90±1.82),(11.06±1.55)and(10.12±2.04),respectively.The total score of social support was(46.09±8.29);the utilization of objective support,subjective support,and social support were(10.81±2.95),(24.79±4.63)and(8.53±2.33),respectively.There was a positive correlation between self-efficacy and social support in elderly patients with hypertension(r=0.328,P<0.01).Conclusion The self-efficacy and social support of elderly patients with hypertension are in the upper middle level.The higher the level of social support,the better self-efficacy.
