摘要
为建立一种快速区分检验旅游鞋鞋底物证的方法,利用衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)仪和扫描电镜/能谱(SEM/EDS)仪对旅游鞋鞋底样品进行检测研究。依据样品的外观颜色、扫描电镜下的微观形貌对样品进行初筛,根据红外光谱特征吸收峰的峰数、峰位、峰形,分析样品表面的有机成分,利用X射线能谱测定样品所含无机元素,综合三个维度可以对40个样品进行多重区分。最后,结合Fisher判别分析验证分组结果的正确性。研究表明,该方法简便快速,结果准确可靠,可以为法庭科学鉴定旅游鞋鞋底物证提供帮助。
In order to establish a method for quickly distinguishing and examining the physical evidence of sneaker soles,the attenuated total reflection-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR)and the scanning electron microscope/energy disperse X-ray spectroscopy(SEM/EDS)were used to test sneaker sole samples.The samples were initially filtered according to the color and the microscopic morphology under the SEM of the samples.The peak position,peak number and peak shape of the absorption peak in FTIR spectrum were then used to judge the organic component of the samples.The inorganic element of the samples were tested by X-ray energy spectrum.Based on these results,comprehensive three dimensions can be used to distinguish the 40 sneaker sole samples.Fisher discriminant analysis was finally used to verify the classification results.The study has shown that the method was fast and reliable,and accurate,which can provide reference for identification of sneaker soles in forensic science.
