摘要
试验旨在研究日粮不同粗蛋白水平对白羽王鸽产蛋性能、鸽蛋组分与蛋白透明度的影响。选取216对双母配对白羽王鸽,随机分为6处理组(每处理组36对、每重复6对),分别采食等能等氨基酸模式下不同粗蛋白水平(4.0%、6.0%、8.0%、10.0%、12.0%、14.0%CP)日粮。预试期1周,正试期16周。结果显示:①日粮不同粗蛋白水平显著影响月产蛋数、料蛋比(P<0.05),极显著影响体增重(P<0.01),日粮低粗蛋白水平显著减少月产蛋数,增大料蛋比,致体重极显著降低。②日粮不同粗蛋白水平对蛋重、蛋白重、蛋白和蛋黄百分数存在极显著(P<0.01)影响,随日粮粗蛋白水平的下降,蛋白重和蛋白比例下降,蛋黄比例极显著地上升。③日粮粗蛋白水平显著(P<0.05)影响鸽蛋透明度分型结果,但并未显现出一致性升高或降低的趋势性变化。研究表明,在本试验氨基酸模式下,以月产蛋数、料蛋比和体增重为评价指标,日粮粗蛋白水平可由14%降至10.0%并获得较好产蛋性能;日粮粗蛋白水平主要通过影响蛋白重,进而影响鸽蛋重、蛋黄和蛋白比例;日粮粗蛋白水平显著影响鸽蛋蛋白透明度,但影响鸽蛋蛋白透明度的因素可能不单日粮粗蛋白水平一种。
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of different dietary CP levels on produc-tion performance and albumen transparency ofWhite King pigeons with female-female pairs.A total of 216 pairs of white king pigeons(female-female pairs,1.5 year of age)were randomly al-lotted to 6 groups with 6 replicates in eachgroup,and each replicate contained 6 pairs of pi-geons.4.0%,6.0%,8.0%,10.0%,12.0%and14.0%CP levels of corn-soybean complete pel-let feed with same metabolic energy and aminoacid mode were fed respectively in 6 groups.The study had lasted for 16 weeks after a 1-week adaptive phase.The results showed that:(1)DietaryCP levels significantly(P<0.05)affected the monthly egg production and feed-to-egg ratio,and ex-tremely significant(P<0.01)affected body weight gain.Low dietary CP levels significantly reduced themonthly egg production and the feed-to-egg ratio,while body weight of the white king pigeon were ex-tremely significantly reduced.(2)Different dietary crude protein levels had a very significant effect onegg weight,albumen weight,albumen percentage and yolk percentage(P<0.01).As the dietary crudeprotein level decreased,the albumen weight and albumen percentage decreased,while the egg yolk per-centage increased significantly.(3)Dietary CP levels significantly(P<0.05)affected the results of pi-geon egg transparency typing,but did not show a trend change in consistency increase or decrease.Studies have shown that:under amino acid model of this research,using the monthly egg productionnumber,feed-to-egg ratio and body weight gain as evaluation indicators,the crude protein level in thediet can be reduced from 14%to 10.0%and got good egg production performance.Dietary crude pro-tein levels mainly affected albumen weight,which in turn affects pigeon egg weight,egg yolk and albu-men percentage.Dietary crude protein levels significantly affected pigeon egg albumen transparency.However,dietary crude protein levels might not be only whom one of the factors of affecting pigeonegg albumen transparency.
