摘要
为了研究吡唑醚菌酯和芸苔素内酯共同作用防治花生根腐病和白绢病,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了吡唑醚菌酯和芸苔素内酯及其混剂对花生根腐病菌和白绢病菌的抑制作用,并开展田间防治试验。结果表明,吡唑醚菌酯对根腐病菌和白绢病菌菌丝生长表现出明显的抑制作用,其EC50分别为7.79mg/L、0.10 mg/L。田间试验结果表明,药剂处理显著降低了病情指数,增产效果显著。其中吡唑醚菌酯和芸苔素内酯搭配使用效果最突出,对根腐病和白绢病防效分别为73.10%、78.25%,分别增产21.54%、25.10%。表明吡唑醚菌酯和芸苔素内酯协同能有效防治花生根腐病和白绢病。
In order to study the combined effect of pyraclostrobin and brassinolide on the prevention and control of peanut root rot and Sclerotium blight,the method of mycelium growth rate was used to determine the inhibition of Fusarium solani and Sclerotium rolfsii,and at the same time,field control experiment was carried out.Pyraclostrobin showed a significant inhibitory effect against F.solani and S.rolfsii,and EC50 for mycelia growth was 7.79 mg/L and 0.10 mg/L respectively.The field experiment indicated that those fungicides had obvious effects on reducing the disease index,and the yield was increased significantly.Among them,the combination of pyraclostrobin and brassinolide was the most prominent,the control efficacy on root rot and Sclerotium blight were 73.10%and 78.25%respectively,and the yield reached 21.54%and 25.10%respectively.Pyraclostrobin and brassinolide were highly efficient fungicides in controlling peanut root rot and Sclerotium blight.
