OBJECTIVE To explore the regular pattern of acupoint selection in the treatment of dry eye by acupuncture and moxibustion therapy based on data mining technology.METHODS From the establishment of the database to December 2018,the clinical literature published in the full-text database of Chinese journals was searched by computer, including CNKI,WanFang and CQVIP database. The database of acupoint prescription was established. The frequency and association rule of acupoints were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 and Clementine12.0 data mining software.RESULTS The top five acupoints in the treatment of dry eye were Jingming(85.9%),Cuanzhu(85.2%),Taiyang(69.5%),Sizhukong(53.9%)and Sibai(53.1%).The top three meridians were the bladder meridians(BL),the stomach meridians(ST),the gallbladder meridians(GB).The top five application frequency of specific acupoints were Jingming(110 times),Sanyinjiao(67 times),Hegu(67 times),Fengchi(54 times),Taichong(43 times).CONCLUSIONS Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of dry eye was mainly based on Taiyang meridian,Yangming meridian,Shaoyang meridian.Acupoint selection attached importance to local acupoints and nerve stimulation. The combination of acupoints emphasized the combination of“local distal syndrome differentiation”.
