摘要
目的探讨延续性早期发育支持护理对早产儿智能发育及脑瘫发生情况的影响。方法选取2019年2月~2020年2月我院收治的早产患儿112例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予持续性早期发育支持护理,比较两组患儿母亲发育支持知识技能知晓状况、1岁时脑瘫状况、护理满意度及患儿不同月龄智能发育状况。结果研究组患儿母亲发育支持知识技能知晓状况的优良率高于对照组(98.21%vs 87.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿1岁时轻度脑瘫、中度脑瘫、重度脑瘫检出率均低于对照组(3.57%vs 8.92%)、(1.78%vs 3.57%)、(1.78%vs 3.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿家属的护理满意度为94.64%,高于对照组的83.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿3、6、12月龄适应能力、大运动、精细运动、语言、社交行为得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在早产儿护理中应用延续性早期发育支持护理,可提高患儿家属发育支持知识技能知晓状况,降低患儿的脑瘫检出率,护理后患儿的智能发育状况改善较好,且患者家属满意度高。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous early development support nursing on the intellectual development of premature infants and the occurrence of cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 112 preterm infants admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the study group was given continuous early developmental support care.The two groups of children were compared with their mothers'knowledge of developmental support knowledge and skills,the status of cerebral palsy at 1 year old,nursing satisfaction,and the children's intelligence development status at different months of age.Results The excellent and good rate of the children's mothers in the study group of developmental support knowledge and skills was higher than the control group(98.21%vs 87.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group children were detected with mild cerebral palsy,moderate cerebral palsy,and severe cerebral palsy at 1 year old rates were lower than those of the control group(3.57%vs 8.92%),(1.78%vs 3.57%),(1.78%vs 3.57%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction rate of the family members of the children in the study group was 94.64%,which was higher than 83.92%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There were statistically significant differences in the scores of children in the study group in adaptability,large exercise,fine exercise,language,and social behavior at 3,6,and 12 months of age(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous early developmental support nursing in the nursing of premature infants could improve the knowledge and skills of the children's family members of developmental support,reduce the detection rate of cerebral palsy in children,and improve the intellectual development status of the children after nursing,and the family members of the patients high satisfaction.
