引火归元化瘀法治疗糖尿病视网膜病变血糖相关指标观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究糖尿病视网膜病变患者采用引火归元化瘀法治疗后对患者血糖相关指标的影响。方法 94例2型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组47例。对照组患者采取常规治疗,包括药物降血糖、饮食、运动疗法及其他药物治疗;研究组患者在对照组患者治疗基础之上加用引火归元化瘀法进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、纤维蛋白原含量(FIB)、凝血酶原百分活动度(PT%)等血糖相关指标的变化。结果治疗后,两组患者血糖相关指标均较治疗前下降,且研究组患者FBG、HbA1c、FIB、PT%分别为(7.21±1.73)mmol/L、(7.06±1.71)%、(1.58±0.33)g/L、(79.65±3.15)%均低于对照组的(8.52±1.99)mmol/L、(7.91±1.88)%、(3.01±0.46)g/L、(84.69±5.63)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病视网膜病变患者采用引火归元化瘀法治疗,有助于改善患者血糖相关指标;同时,也证明这些指标与糖尿病视网膜病变之间存在密切的联系。
