摘要
根据新一代航天项目管理信息化系统建设需求,分析了缓冲区计算方法需满足的条件。以模糊理论为基础,给出了活动工期、执行时间、安全时间以及缓冲区大小估计及确定方法。利用真度值h取值的灵活调整,可以使得计算所得执行时间、缓冲区大小符合航天项目实际。此外,以算例对该方法的项目完工时间进行了模拟、验证。
According to the construction requirements of space project management information system,the requirements of buffer size calculation method is analyzed.Based on fuzzy theory,the methods of estimating and determining for execution duration,safety time and buffer size are given.With the flexible adjustment of true value h,the calculated execution time and buffer size can be in line with the actuation of the space program.In addition,the completion time of the project adopting this method is simulated and verified by an example.
