随着公立医院药品零差率政策的实施,寻求一种更加合理、高效、经济、安全的药品管理方式成为医院成本管理的重要内容。利用药品实际消耗结算模式来降低药品相关成本,进而提升医院规范化、精细化、科学化管理,支持医院药房运营,将成为未来医院药品管理模式的发展方向。通过对药品实际消耗结算模式总体架构、运行流程及医院采用该模式运行1年的成效分析等方面作了初步探讨,以期为医院药品管理提供一些有价值的参考。

With the implementation of drug zero-profit rate policy in public hospitals,seeking a more reasonable,efficient,economical and safe drug management mode has become an important part of hospital cost management.It will be the future development direction of hospital drug management mode to reduce drug-related costs by using the actual drug consumption settlement mode,and then to improve the standardized,refined and scientific management of hospitals,and to support the operation of hospital pharmacies.The paper makes a preliminary discussion on the general structure,operation process and the effect analysis of the actual settlement model of consumption in hospitals over one year,in order to provide some valuable references for drug management in hospitals.
