摘要
"双师型"教师队伍是高职院校实现内涵式发展的重要力量,是提升人才培养质量的根本保证。产教融合是"双师型"教师队伍建设的重要载体,实现了产业链和教育链的有机融合。本文从产教融合背景出发,分析了高职院校英语教师的现状,提出从"思政+""专业+""双创+"等三个维度实现对高职"双师型"英语教师的培养策略,构建高职"双师型"英语教师的培养路径。
"Dual-qualification"teacher team is an important force to realize connotative development in higher vocational colleges,and is the fundamental guarantee to improve the quality of talent training.The integration of industry and education is an important carrier of the construction of"dual-qualification"teachers,which realizes the integration of the industrial chain and the education chain.Starting from the background of integration of industry and education,this paper analyzes the current situation of English teachers in higher vocational colleges,puts forward the cultivation strategy of"dual-qualification"English teachers in higher vocational colleges from the three dimensions of"ideological and political+","major+","double innovation+",and constructs the cultivation path of"dual-qualification"English teachers in higher vocational colleges.
