电针治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究进展

Clinical Study Progress on Electroacupuncture in Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

近10年来,有关电针治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究发展迅速,研究方向可分为单一电针疗法和电针复合疗法两方面。这些研究均表明,电针在膝骨关节炎的治疗中具有良好疗效,可明显缓解关节疼痛、僵硬症状,提高患者日常生活能力。但当前临床研究存在设计不够严谨、远期疗效不明确、横向对比欠缺等问题,今后研究需针对这些问题加以改进。参考文献57篇。

In the past 10 years,the clinical study on electroacupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis had developed rapidly.The direction of the studies can be divided into two aspects:single electroacupuncture therapy and combined electroacupuncture therapy.These studies have shown that electroacupuncture has good curative effects in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.It can relieve the joint pain and stiffness symptom,and improve the daily living ability of the patients.However,there are some problems in the current clinical studies,such as lack of rigorous design,unclear long-term curative efficacy and lack of horizontal contrast.Therefore,later studies need to be improved by solving these problems.There are 57 references.
